Top Nine - Best of 2019 {Auckland wedding - engagement - maternity - newborn-family photography}

This year was just amazing and Im so excited to share with you Best of 2019 - beautiful, emotional and real moments from wedding - engagement - maternity - newborn and family photography.

It was amazing and crazy busy year: with shooting 24 weddings and 17 photo shoots, including one styled shoot, traveling to Bali, Germany, Austria {Europe}, Melbourne, Australia and South Island of New Zealand {Christchurch, Auckland, Gore}; running 3 live photography workshops {two in Auckland and one in Melbourne}, and 4-weeks online workshop Love, Light & Laughter at Click Photo School. Such a beautiful time! I just loved to share my knowledge, my love and my soul!

I progressed in my ice skating, participating in Adult World Championship in Oberstdorf, and won some gold and silver medals on New Zealand Nationals, as well as participated with my synchro team in Australian Nationals, where we got very close to 3rd place with just 0.1 points of difference in scores!

Lot of hard work for the next year and exciting plans ahead! Practice and progress in everything I do!

I can not wait to see what next year brings!

My focus for the next year is harmony, balance, capture only limited number of weddings and sessions, concentrating on personal and educational projects/photography workshops, family and myself, keep doing ice skating and participating in international competitions. I hope to improve my level in everything I do. Having a good sport hobby allowing not only keep healthy body and mind, but also come back refresh to my photography and business. So important to find time for yourself!

Clickin Walk 2019 - Karekare Beach + Falls {Auckland lifestyle family-wedding photographers}

Im so excited to share with you photos from very special event - annual Clickin Walk 2019 on Karekare Beach and Falls, where women {Auckland lifestyle family-wedding photographers, Clickin Moms} comes together once a year to meet, chat and take some photos on the way.

This time we met on amazing setting with gorgeous landscapes - wide open Karekare Beach, place where famous Piano was filmed.

We usually rotating location {last year it was Auckland City, previous year Muriwai beach}, and this time it was just perfect for finding peace and tranquility in a nature setting.

Moody Styled Shoot - HU's Art Farm {Auckland wedding photographer}

We had an exciting collaboration this winter - moody styled shoot at HU’s Art Farm {West Auckland}. Few wedding vendors come together to create an amazing atmosphere and some stunning photos: photographer - Olga Levien at L & L; make-up artist and hair stylist Olga Gill; gorgeous model - Ioana Damiani; dresses - Jessica Bridal; planner, stylist, flowers - Becks at EnvyEvents and stylish venue - HU’s Art Farm {with variety of shooting locations}.

It was a rainy day and we been happy to work under the cover in such a gorgeous location, get creative and “capture the beauty in details and harmony in moments” - my mojo!

Traveling Dress Project publication - Personal photography {Auckland fine art photographer}

Winter is a perfect time for recharge and bring in more creative vibe. One of the ways is Traveling Dress Project - a personal photography and way of collaboration with other photographers, from Auckland, around New Zealand and beyond, including Australia. Eight incredibly talented lifestyle and fine art photographers come together to choose one dress and send it to each other, taking pictures with their daughters in their personal photographer style. Its such a great way to try something new, get inspired and capture a few stunning photos , treasured memories with our family - little ones. My daughter been very excited to try this dress on, explore around the bushes at some rainy afternoon. Everyday Moments - Family Time {Auckland lifestyle kids - newborn photographer}

You might know very well my wedding and couples | engagement work, but do you know that I also love to shoot different personal projects and document my everyday moments - family time with my little kids and also had sessions as a newborn - baby - maternity photographer {I totally  have only limited spaces available for these lifestyle sessions, as most of my time dedicated to my wedding clients and family ;) }

I decided to put together a gallery with my everyday moments during last few months, including our Zoo trip, holidays up North and daily routine.

The Traveling Dress Project {Auckland lifestyle photographer}

Im so excited to share with you amazing project that I shared with 8 incredibly talented photographers from all around the world -  The Traveling Dress Collective project {we had photographers from USA, Spain, Australia and New Zealand, yours Auckland lifestyle photographer}.

Its such an exciting way to push your creativity - one dress travelling around the world and different photographers with their own eye for details and creativity need to capture this gorgeous item thinking outside the box.

I had a chance to try something that push me out of normal routine and moved in front of the camera, shooting how if feels with not much control over results. Its for sure a challenging task to be in front of the camera, but so rewarding as its truly allow you to shoot with intent and move with preview and visualisation.

The Travelling Dress Collective {New Zealand pre-wedding photographer}

I'm so excited to share with you a new publication of our amazing The Travelling Dress Collective project - where nine photographers from Australia and New Zealand come together to photograph just one dress with their unique Voice and Style.

It was such fantastic experience and so talented group of artists. Can't believe how this turned out. This dress was so gorgeous - made by Purity Lace Design. It's so amazing to see how different artists found something unique with their approach. The Travelling Dress 2018 in New Zealand {Auckland wedding-elopement photographer}

As promised, excited to share with you fantastic project that I took part in recently - The Travelling Dress Collective, where nine photographers from Australia and New Zealand {this is me - your Auckland based wedding-elopement photographer} come together to photograph one gorgeous dress. We had it only for 2-3 days and posted to each other, taking photos inspired by one piece of clothes. Receiving this parcel was like opening a Christmas present as you don't know what to expect inside. This dress was so gorgeous - made by Purity Lace Design. It's so amazing to see how different artists found something unique with their approach. My travelling dress project found the heroes in my beautiful couple, who funny enough fact - come over from Australia {where I send dress after the photo shoot}. Tina & Tony contacted me for pre-wedding | engagement photos, and we did a breathtaking photo shoot at Karekare Beach {New Zealand}. Halfway through the session, I shared with them a story about the Travelling Dress and couple been so kind to agree to participate and try it on. We had so much fun, dress perfectly compliment the wild New Zealand landscapes and an amazing relationship with these beautiful souls - Tina & Tony. I truly appreciate they agreed to take on this challenge and we got a fantastic result! You can find another half of their session following the link to our Blog.
