We spent a great time with Harriet & Jayden with their little one Henry in their family photo shoot at Muriwai Beach (West Auckland). I cannot wait for couple’s wedding in Mudbrick in January. Not long to go now!
We met with this beautiful family just before the sunset at this gorgeous beach and had a chance to walk and talk, take some family pictures and also engagement pre-wedding photos with couple alone (while their kind friends been looking after baby nearby).

It was a pleasure to meet this big family for a photo shoot of their reunion after Sara and Chris with their little one come back from Alabama {USA} to visit their family in New Zealand, after so many years and lockdowns {to see grandparents and aunty}.
We met at Muriwai beach - stunning location in West Auckland, joy for photographer and place with many photo opportunities. We had so much fun, and laughter, and some amazing moments, not even capturing all family together, but sneaking an opportunity for mum & dad photos away from the kid {they definitely needed this time alone}.

What can be better then remember memories from 2021-2022 wedding-family season when new one is approaching shortly with so many beautiful weddings and family photo shoots. Always a pleasure to capture all these beautiful, emotional and real moments, mostly in West Auckland, for us as photographers.
It was an amazing season full love, light and laughter! <3 We had incredible time with many gorgeous couples as photo shoots and weddings, I also been running online workshops at Click Photo School, got some photography awards, and travel overseas to Germany, feeling freedom after long time in lockdowns in pandemic.

Great time in Onepoto Domain with Masha and her family of four for a pre-Christmas morning photoshoot! So great to see this family growing {I remember doing Masha's maternity photos with a first baby and few other sessions as well, bring back memories!}. Great time with this beautiful family of four on Muriwai Beach {Auckland}! As you may know Im doing mostly wedding photography, but lately it was a pleasure to do some kids-maternity-newborn photo shoots when I had more time in my busy schedule.
Miriam & Julian family is so amazing, with two little ones! We had a great time on the beach, walking and talking, and letting kids explore surroundings and get in the water at the end of the shoot {I surprised they not done it earlier as my own kids in similar situation :)}

Its been pretty quiet lately in our Blog as Auckland been in lockdown for a few months now and luckily we slowly getting out of it and season 2021-2022 starting rolling {even though many weddings got postponed and some cancellations occur}. Keeping positive!
At these tough time such a pleasure to meet old friends for a maternity session {hard to believe but I already shot their wedding, maternity and newborn photos for a first baby Max and branding session as well as headshots for Lena - such a rich history!}.
We met one of the evening right when restrictions was lifted and sessions outdoor been allowed in Auckland, We had a great time at Cornwall park with Lena & Aaron with 7-years old Max {and baby #2 on the way!}.
Even though the weather was overcast with challenging conditions - dark and moody, {we just cant wait anymore with time for baby to be born soon}, we managed to walk and talk and get some photos in forest and cherry blossoms! Great to do session at spring!

its hard to believe its winter and time to slow down and reflect on busy summer season, look at best of 2020/21 Auckland wedding-family-engagement photography.
It was different season right during the pandemic with some weddings and sessions been postponed, and lockdown in Auckland happened, but we been lucky to move through an amazing moments, memories for years to come with all the amazing couples, their families, friends and babies and more!
This season brought lots of joy and laughter and some recognition - won The Voice collection finalist, named in 100 best wedding photographers by SLR Lounge, published in many blogs and magazines including Together Journal and more!

Exciting time with Rebecca & Todd at their yearly family of four beach session at Muriwai, Auckland. Couple with kids made all their way from Thames to Auckland for their photo shoot. They have tradition to take photos every year from the moment when their children was newborn. Its such a honour for me to document special for them moments, especially as Rebecca is a photographer herself {no pressure ;)}
We met at one afternoon before the sunset. The weather unfortunately went dark and gloomy, but we get maximum out of it and shoot at the rocks. Kids had lots of fun.

Im so excited to share with you family beach session in Auckland. We spent amazing time with Howell family: Jenna & Darrel plus their two kids, such a honour for me as a wedding-family-kids photographer to share these spacial moments with four beautiful people in such a stunning location - Muriwai Beach, with amazing light just before the sunset.
This time was so amazing, I remember every single natural, emotional and beautiful moment with warm feelings. This time especially treasured for years to come as session happened just one week before the lockdown when country went to self-isolation. Bring back memories!

Hello beautiful people!
As you may know New Zealand government announced Alert level 4 {Covid-19} which means we move to self-isolation and no gathering are allowed {indoors or outdoors}.
What it means for my photography clients? All scheduled sessions will be postponed {you have right to choose a new suitable date based on availability}.
I will be working with my wedding clients to find the best possible date that suits our calendars {you will receive a credit towards the new date, scheduling preferably one year from the original wedding date, but can be stretched further based on your needs and government advice on Covid-19 situation}. New contract may be required to secure your new date {all money already paid will be applied to the new date}.
I already announced a week ago my live workshops in Auckland and Sydney are postponed till next year.
Luckily, my online workshop Love, Light & Laughter still go ahead - begin 23 March at Click Photo School www.clickphotoschool.com/love-light-laughter
Only one day to go! Last Call, get in quickly! :)
My heart feels for everyone who have a big loss in this situation {all my friends, couples, small and big businesses etc}, but we need to come together and support each other!

This year was just amazing and Im so excited to share with you Best of 2019 - beautiful, emotional and real moments from wedding - engagement - maternity - newborn and family photography.
It was amazing and crazy busy year: with shooting 24 weddings and 17 photo shoots, including one styled shoot, traveling to Bali, Germany, Austria {Europe}, Melbourne, Australia and South Island of New Zealand {Christchurch, Auckland, Gore}; running 3 live photography workshops {two in Auckland and one in Melbourne}, and 4-weeks online workshop Love, Light & Laughter at Click Photo School. Such a beautiful time! I just loved to share my knowledge, my love and my soul!
I progressed in my ice skating, participating in Adult World Championship in Oberstdorf, and won some gold and silver medals on New Zealand Nationals, as well as participated with my synchro team in Australian Nationals, where we got very close to 3rd place with just 0.1 points of difference in scores!
Lot of hard work for the next year and exciting plans ahead! Practice and progress in everything I do!
I can not wait to see what next year brings!
My focus for the next year is harmony, balance, capture only limited number of weddings and sessions, concentrating on personal and educational projects/photography workshops, family and myself, keep doing ice skating and participating in international competitions. I hope to improve my level in everything I do. Having a good sport hobby allowing not only keep healthy body and mind, but also come back refresh to my photography and business. So important to find time for yourself!
